Chase Headley Takes A Fastball To The Chin
Yankees designated hitter Chase Headley took a fastball to the chin from Rays reliever Jake McGee in the ninth inning of tonight's game.
Unlike Marlins outfielder Giancarlo Stanton, who was also hit in the face with a pitch tonight, Headley didn't lose consciousness. Doctors examined Headley's chin, and he walked off the field with minimal help.
