They say you should always finish your throwing motion in a defensive position, and that’s certainly never more true than when you’re pitching from several steps in front of the mound. Frankly, if it were me, I’d finish every throwing motion by either sprinting into the outfield or belly-flopping to the turf with my glove over my head.
