The Tigers (4-1) also got 14 points and nine rebounds from Ian Schieffelin, a career-best 15 points from Dillon Hunter and 10 points and five boards from Chase Hunter.
Radford (4-2) was paced by Zion Walker's 10 points.
Clemson never trailed and led by as much as 31. The Tigers shot 47.8 percent from 3-point land while holding the Highlanders to 20 percent from behind the arc. Both teams had 11 turnovers, but Clemson flipped Radford's miscues into 20 points, while the Highlanders scored only eight off the Tigers' errors.
The Tigers also held a 10-1 advantage in fastbreak points and shot 18 of 22 from the free throw line.
Wiggins scored 10 of his points in the first half. His 3-pointer at the 3:38 mark in the first half, where he made a Radford defender stumble with a pump-fake before swishing a shot from the left wing, was one of his several highlight-worthy plays. Clemson led by 12 at the half after Chase Hunter's 3-pointer at the buzzer.
Clemson started the second half on a 20-9 run, capped off by Dillon Hunter's 3-pointer, stealing back the following possession by leaping in front of a pass like a free safety in football before connecting on a layup in traffic. The Tigers shot 51 percent from the floor for the game.
Next up for Clemson is a matchup with San Francisco in Daytona Beach, Fla., on Monday as part of the Sunshine Slam. The Tigers, who made the Elite Eight last season, have yet to play a major conference opponent this year and won't until Dec. 3 against No. 9 Kentucky.
Radford returns to action Monday against Chicago State, also at the Sunshine Slam.
