Financial terms were not disclosed by the Clippers, however multiple media outlets reported it was a three-year, $47 million extension.
"We place tremendous value on the competitiveness, consistency, durability and hard work that T Mann continues to demonstrate year after year," said Lawrence Frank, Clippers' president of basketball operations.
"Since we drafted him in 2019, T Mann has turned himself into the ultimate glue guy, a two-way player who takes tough assignments and hits big shots. When we think about the qualities that make a young player a Clipper, we often wind up with a description of T Mann, and we're thrilled he will remain a vital part of us."
Mann will team again with Kawhi Leonard (currently dealing with a knee ailment) and James Harden, though the Clippers' other star from last season, Paul George, left to sign a free-agent deal with the Philadelphia 76ers in July. That core guided Los Angeles to a 51-31 record last season and a first-round playoff defeat against the Dallas Mavericks.
Mann, 27, averaged 8.8 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 75 games (71 starts) last season while shooting a robust 51.5 percent from the floor.
He has spent five years with the Clippers since they selected him in the second round of the 2019 draft out of Florida State. In 345 career games (156 starts), Mann owns averages of 8.2 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.9 assists.
