Coach In LaVar Ball's League Squares Up On His Own Player, Tells Him To "Stop Being A Bitch"
High school and college basketball players will not only get paid if they play in LaVar Ball’s JBA league, but they’ll also get the kind of coaching experience you can’t even find in the NBA—specifically, getting shoved and cursed at and challenged to a fight.
During a timeout in the Seattle Ballers’ 115-97 victory Thursday over the Chicago Ballers—yes, all eight teams in the league are the Ballers—Chicago coach Edward Denard greeted his player Montrell Dixson with two fists in the chest, then shoved him again. That wasn’t the end of it. Thanks to an attentive boom operator, the broadcast picked up Denard yelling at the 20-year-old as he once again got in his face, “Get the fucking ball. Stop being a bitch.”
Basketball can take you to so many places, including a mostly empty gym where some guy in a mismatched suit is trying to fight you.
