This photo was tweeted out by Nike, and then re-tweeted (without context) by ESPN's Don Van Natta Jr. It's not real.
It's an ad, and like all ads for commercial services it's not allowed by NCAA rules to feature current NCAA players. These are all actors, and you can tell because none of the numbers in the photo correspond to the actual players. Here's an actual AP photo by Tony Gutierrez.
