Colin Cowherd Got A Prostate Exam Today, And You Should Get One Too

Earlier, @ESPN_Colin tweeted: "Just had my prostate exam. I think Im going to lay down. Forever."

We wouldn't mind if Cowherd laid down [sic] forever; never mind, of course, that the pain incurred by listening to The Herd probably rivals the sharp twinges of a prostate examination.

That said, Colin has stumbled upon an important public health tip for Deadspin's readership. Assuming average risk, men should get their prostates examined first at age 50, and frequently thereafter. (Cowherd is 47.) If you're more susceptible, get screened earlier. It's so simple, you can learn from a dick.
