Conor McGregor Won And He's Not Going To Fucking Apologize
Photo Credit: Michael Reeves / [object Object] Conor McGregor has pissed off a lot of people, which is generally what happens when you talk a lot of shit and throw drinks and do other things of that nature. So in his first act after becoming the only UFC fighter ever to hold two belts at the same time—now adding a lightweight title to his featherweight one—he took a step towards remedying that.
A little more than three minutes into the second round, McGregor defeated Eddie Alvarez by TKO in last night’s UFC 205, ending the night with a four-punch combination that put Alvarez down for good and gave McGregor the title. McGregor didn’t give Alvarez many windows of opportunity throughout the night, and he started his post-fight interview by saying he had a special announcement to make: “I’ve ridiculed everyone on the roster. I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, I’d just like to take the time to apologize.”

“To absolutely nobody! The double-champ does what the fuck he wants!”
Seeing as how McGregor’s the first double-champ, guess he gets to make the rules here.
