Cop Who Threatened Bengals Player With Taser During Traffic Stop Fired
Sam Montgomery, a defensive end for the Cincinnati Bengals, was caught for speeding in South Carolina back in June. R.S. Salter, the state trooper who pulled over Montgomery, threatened to use a taser on the cooperative NFL player before arresting him. Being an unnecessary prick cost Salter his job today.
The state's Department of Public Safety fired Salter for "violating agency policies including conduct unbecoming a state employee," according to the AP.
