Cops: 49ers Fullback Bruce Miller Arrested For Spousal Battery
San Francisco 49ers fullback Bruce Miller has been arrested for misdemeanor spousal battery, according to Santa Clara Police Department records. The records show that Miller—who got engaged last August—was arrested at 11:55 p.m. Thursday, March 5, at an undisclosed location:
There is very little information out there besides the sparse report, with Santa Clara Police only telling CSN Bay Area that information has been forwarded to the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s office, and the 49ers releasing a boilerplate statement:
“The San Francisco 49ers organization is aware of the matter involving Bruce Miller,” the team said in a release. “We were disappointed to learn of these reports and will do our due diligence in collecting all relevant information.”
