Cops: Greg Anthony Offered Prostitute $80 For Sex And "Dressing Up"
The Washington Post has published the charging documents outlining what happened when CBS/Turner NBA analyst Greg Anthony was arrested and charged with misdemeanor solicitation of a prostitute. Anthony was caught Jan. 16 in an undercover operation done by D.C. police's Human Trafficking Unit, which posted an ad in the escort section of Backpage.com and Anthony responded to it, according to the records. He met with an undercover officer shortly after 5:45 p.m. at a DoubleTree hotel on Scott Circle, in room 805. Here's what police say followed:
UC: How are you?
D1: Good and you?
UC: So $80 for intercourse
D1: Oh I don't wanna say all that
UC: I just need to know so I don't have surprises
D1: Oh just whatever
UC: So straight intercourse or blowjob
D1: Umm, yeah that's fine
UC: So $80 for sex
UC: You want me to dress up
D1: Oh yeah
After "oh yeah," the undercover officer gave the signal for the arrest team to move in and arrest Anthony. Anthony has been suspended indefinitely by CBS.
