Cowboys Fan Didn't Just Taser A Jets Fan; He Tasered A Marine On 9/11
The Cowboys still fancy themselves "America's Team," but there are very little in the way of patriotism requirements to root for them. Leroy McKelvey of South Carolina is the man who somehow brought a stun gun into MetLife Stadium, and tased three fans in his section at halftime. One of them a marine who had chastised him for not standing during the National Anthem.
A Marine at the end of the row noticed that McKelvey and three others in his party would not stand or take their hats off for the national anthem," a law enforcement officer said. "So the Marine tells McKelvey he better not have to get out of the row cause he won't let him out."
Sure enough, during the halftime show, McKelvey got up. Words were exchanged.
Things were said. Shoves were shoved. Guns were stunned.
McKelvey was released on bail yesterday, says the Cliffview Pilot. The article makes sure to note he got his Cowboys jersey back at the police station.
