Denver Broncos vs Washington Commanders Betting Prediction: Week 13 Bet Picks
The Washington Commanders will host the Denver Broncos on Sunday Night Football. Washington has dealt with a plethora of injuries this season and has struggled to a 3-8 record through 11 games. Denver, meanwhile, has looked outstanding with a 9-2 record, sitting on top of the AFC West.
The Broncos feature one of the best defenses in the NFL. They rank second in points allowed per play (.280), and their defense has traveled well. Overall, they’re giving up only 17.5 points per game in 2025.
Denver’s defense has also been elite in recent games. They’ve held each of their last three opponents under 20 points. They’ve allowed more than 30 points in only one game this season and have kept opponents under 20 in seven different games.

Washington, on the other hand, has struggled with injuries on offense throughout the season. Jayden Daniels has already been ruled out this week. Marcus Mariota looked good in his first two games, but Washington is averaging only 14 points per game over his last three starts.
Defensively, the Commanders haven’t inspired much confidence. They’re giving up .439 points per play this season, though the number improves slightly at home. Still, this remains a difficult matchup for them.
Similar to Washington, the Denver offense has been sluggish lately. The Broncos rank 16th in points per play (.371) this season and are averaging just 20 points per game on the road.
Denver has scored 22 or fewer points in three consecutive games. They have high-end upside offensively, but they’ve consistently underperformed outside of Denver.
This is a game where I fully trust Denver’s defense to limit Washington’s injury-riddled offense. It would be shocking if the Commanders found consistent success in this spot.
On the other side, Denver’s offense doesn’t bring as much upside as I’d like. Washington doesn’t have an elite defense, but it’s still good enough to force the Broncos into another modest showing on the road.
