Thanks, Josh. Jamie Dick and Blake Koch are the racers in question. Koch's last name is pronounced "Cook," according to this hour-long documentary on him from Daystar Television Network. Both of them went out early in Saturday's CNBC Prime's "The Profit" 200, which Kyle Busch won.
