Pages was hit in the back of the hand by a pitch from Pirates right-hander Bubba Chandler in the third inning. He remained in the game before he was replaced in the outfield by Enrique Hernandez in the fifth.
Pages is batting .272 with 21 home runs and 80 RBIs in 128 games this season. An All-Star for the first time this season, Pages is a career .265 hitter with 61 home runs and 212 RBIs over 400 games.
