Mandatory Credit: Jay Biggerstaff-Imagn Images Philadelphia Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson left Sunday's game against the visiting Los Angeles Rams with a neck injury in the first quarter.
The Eagles said the six-time Pro Bowler was questionable to return. Matt Pryor replaced Johnson in the game.
Multiple reports said Johnson sustained the injury while blocking on Jalen Hurts' 1-yard "tush push" touchdown that gave Philadelphia a 7-0 lead with 8:07 left in the first quarter.
Johnson, 35, is a two-time first-team All-Pro and two-time Super Bowl champion. Sunday marked his 161st career start since the Eagles drafted him fourth overall in 2013.
