Goaltender Joey Daccord made 28 saves.
Pius Suter, Filip Chytil and Dakota Joshua scored for the Canucks, who lost their second straight. Kevin Lankinen stopped 18 of 23 shots.

Vancouver took a 2-1 lead as Tyler Myers' shot from the right point was blocked but the puck fell to Chytil and he lifted a shot over a sprawling Daccord at 16:27.
