Drunk History On Golfer Babe Didrikson Is Informative And Funny
If you didn't know who Babe Didrikson Zaharias was, last night's Drunk History gave you the perfect opportunity to educate yourself.
Didrikson was the first big female name in golf; she participated in the 1938 Los Angeles Open, a men's tournament, as there were few options for women. Didrikson went on to dominate amateur women's golf in the 1940s and 1950s while also making the cut in multiple men's tournaments. She was an original member of the LPGA, which was founded in 1950.
Emily Deschanel portrays Didrikson in Drunk History's reenactment, and it's pretty funny. Learn!
