Filip Forsberg scores twice as Predators edge Stars

Gustav Nyquist had a goal and an assist, Ryan O'Reilly assisted on both of Forsberg's goals and Kevin Lankinen made 26 saves for the Predators, who have won three of four.
Jason Robertson had a goal and an assist, Tyler Seguin and Jamie Benn each scored in the second period to erase a two-goal deficit, Thomas Harley contributed two assists and Scott Wedgewood made 18 saves for Dallas, which has dropped three in a row for the first time this season.
Nyquist gave Nashville a 1-0 lead at 11:26 of the first period when he took advantage of a turnover in front of the Dallas net and scored his 10th goal of the season to extend his point streak to eight games (six goals, six assists).
Luke Evangelista made it 2-0 at 7:22 of the second period when he elected to shoot at the end of a 2-on-1 rush.
The Stars cut it to 2-1 at 9:29. Matt Duchene had the puck behind the Nashville net when he fed Seguin for the one-timer from the slot.
The Stars went on their first power play when Alexandre Carrier was called for tripping Robertson with 58 seconds left in the second period. Benn scored 14 seconds into the man-advantage when he won the faceoff in the Nashville zone, went to the front of the net and scored on a tip in to tie it 2-2.
The Predators moved back ahead 3-2 at 2:42 of the third period. The Stars turned the puck over at their own blue line and Nyquist made a cross-ice pass to Forsberg, who made a pair of stick moves as he drove to the net before scoring with a backhand from in close.
Forsberg made it 4-2 at 7:30 when he scored on a wraparound for his 21st goal of the season.
Robertson cut the lead back to a goal when he drove to the net and scored at 10:21.
Dallas defenseman Ryan Suter played in his 1,400th NHL game.
