It was the third shutout in the past 12 starts for Ersson, who came into the game 9-2-2 in his previous 13 starts with a .924 save percentage.
Cam Atkinson scored two goals for the Flyers, who have won three in a row.
Connor Hellebuyck made 34 saves for the Jets, who also saw their 14-game point streak (12-0-2) come to an end, but their streak of not allowing more than two goals stretched to 12.
Winnipeg was coming off a 2-1 win against the Chicago Blackhawks on Thursday night, scoring both goals in the final 3 1/2 minutes to keep the streaks alive.
The Flyers took a 1-0 lead at 14:47 of the first period Saturday.
Ryan Poehling retrieved the puck along the wall in the Winnipeg zone and backhanded it toward the slot.
The puck went between the skates of Jets defenseman Dylan DeMelo, was brushed ahead by Flyers forward Joel Farabee and onto the stick of Atkinson, who redirected the puck between the pads of Hellebuyck and across the goal line.
Atkinson scored his second goal on a power play to make it 2-0 at 2:52 of the second period.
Neal Pionk was in the penalty box for slashing Morgan Frost when Frost took a wrist shot from above the left circle. Hellebuyck stuck out his left pad and made the save, but Atkinson scored the rebound from in front of the crease for his 10th goal of the season.
Winnipeg forward Gabriel Vilardi had three prime scoring opportunities turned away by Ersson.
The Jets played without leading point scorer Mark Scheifele, who sustained a lower-body injury in the win Thursday.
They played their 16th straight game without Kyle Connor, who sustained a knee injury on Dec. 10 against the Anaheim Ducks but still leads Winnipeg with 17 goals.
Flyers defenseman Jamie Drysdale, who was acquired in a trade with the Anaheim Ducks on Monday, sat out with an illness, and center Sean Couturier missed the game with a minor lower-body injury.
