Former Rams, Dolphins RB Eddie Hill dies at 67

Mandatory Credit: Kirby Lee-Imagn Images Former NFL running back Eddie Hill, who played six seasons with the Los Angeles Rams and Miami Dolphins died. He was 67.
Hill, who had been battling brain cancer, was selected in the second round of the 1979 draft by the Rams out of Memphis. He had 234 yards rushing and one touchdown for the Rams in 23 games (one start) before he was traded to the Dolphins.
In four seasons in Miami, Hill rushed for 209 yards and one TD in 52 games (three starts).
He added 171 receiving yards and two touchdown catches in his career.
