Jalen Mayfield, a 4-star offensive tackle from Grand Rapids, was committed to the Minnesota Golden Gophers, and then he took them out on the field of (paintball) battle. Mayfield is ranked as the top offensive tackle in the state of Michigan and Scout has him as the 16th-best tackle in the nation. Several schools were in contention to sign him, including most of the Big Ten.
