So when KTTV, the Fox affiliate in Los Angeles, brought on legal analyst Robin Sax—a former district attorney apparently notable enough to have a Wikipedia article—they went with the most basic, meaningless analysis possible. He should not take the stand. That's free legal advice from me. He's already proclaimed his innocence, he had his shot, he shot his wad, and he did a terrible job, and better not be placed in the position to have to explain it.
