You'll recall the Jets being pelted with snowballs by the Seattle crowd, when Shaun Ellis decided to return the favor. Two years later, a fan has decided to sue.

Season-ticket holder Robert Larsen claims in his suit that Ellis's hunk of snow caused him "physical injury, humiliation, mental distress, pain and wage loss." You'll recognize Larsen in the video above as the guy hit with a glancing snow blow, then lifting the projectile over his head and dancing around.
