Gays Tell Press To Get Off Niners' Back

In the wake of all the hullabaloo and rigmarole resulting from the now-infamous 49ers' "training video, the organization has been accused of just about everything under the sun. But the fine folks at OutSports.com say that people should cut the team a break.

The site points out that the team is one of the more gay-friendly in all of sports, even offering its employees domestic partner benefits. (One employee has reportedly taken advantage of the benefits, but no, no, no, it wasn't — definitely not, no way — Jeff Garcia. Nope.)
