Germany's Christoph Kramer Takes A Nasty Hit To The Head
Germany's Christoph Kramer took an inadvertent hit to the head from Argentine defender Ezequiel Garay in the 17th minute. It looked extremely painful.
Medics checked Kramer and allowed him to stay in the match, which seemed unwise, considering how his head snapped back. He fell down again in the 30th minute and was substituted for André Schürrle.
Kramer was originally inserted into the starting lineup after Sami Khedira injured himself in warmups.
