Goran Dragic Gets His Tooth Knocked Out, Casually Tosses It Towards His Bench
Photo via [object Object] The Heat and Pistons are scuffling for playoff positioning today. Detroit guard Spencer Dinwiddie got a little too excited to defend Goran Dragic and went and knocked his dang tooth out.
Amazingly, this is the second time that Dragic has lost a tooth during the 2015-16 NBA season. Dragic’s scoring average has improved in every month since he lost the tooth, so getting rid of this one is probably playoffs preparedness maneuver.
My suspicion is that Dragic gets faster without having to carry the weight of an extra tooth. I’m not a “stats guy”, but this feels right.
