Tipster Lindsay H. was kind enough to send the link to a USA Today story about Sunday Night Football analyst Cris Collingsworth being plucked from a restaurant "that tore loose from its moorings along the flood-swollen Ohio River and floated downstream" last night.
Covington Fire Department Capt. Chris Kiely said early Saturday that Jeff Ruby's Waterfront restaurant drifted downriver about 85 yards to the Clay Wade Bailey Bridge, but a rear mooring line held firm and authorities were able to rig ladders to rescue dinner patrons and others aboard. [ Fox19]
