Here's A Soccer Player Pantsing An Opponent Right In Front Of Referee
Chesterfield F.C.'s Gary Roberts was all set to take a free kick when Russell Penn of Cheltenham quietly kicked the ball out of Roberts's desired position. That's when Roberts pantsed him.
It's possible that the referee missed all the hijinks as it occurred right in front of him, officials of all stripes have missed worse, or maybe he just thought the two wrongs righted each other. Whatever the reason, he kept his card in his pocket and Penn stood there with his pants down and arms out, incredulity personified.
Roberts scored the first goal for Chesterfield, who won the League Two match 2-0.
