High School Baseball Team Uses Hidden Ball Trick To Win State Semifinal
Rye High School advanced to the Colorado 2A state championship game today by beating Hotchkiss 9-8 in a semifinal that ended on a perfectly-executed hidden ball trick.
The Rye-Hotchkiss game was strange enough, being played in two different stadiums due to rain. The Thunderbolts followed up their semifinal win by beating reigning Colorado state champions Resurrection Christian 12-10.
