I Think Érik Lamela's Got His Swagger Back
Érik Lamela was supposed to be the crown jewel in Tottenham's post-Gareth Bale transfer haul. After a pretty much nonexistent debut season last year, Lamela's looked a lot more promising this campaign. Just look at the bender he whales in from about 25 yards out:
It's been his creativity that's most impressed this year—aside from that bonkers Europa League rabona golazo—but if he can start chipping in more goals of his own, Tottenham might just be good enough to reclaim their rightful position in fifth or sixth place in the table before long. Dream big, Spurs fans.
