Iowa also forced Bucknell (3-10) into 25 turnovers, which the Hawkeyes converted into 40 points.
Isaia Howard led Iowa's aggressive defensive approach, notching seven steals. Howard was one of five Hawkeyes with multiple steals, including Bennet Stirtz and Kael Combs with three each.

Tavion Banks snared four of his game-high nine rebounds on the offensive glass and added 16 points.
Combs scored another 13 points on 6-of-7 shooting from the floor as 11 of the 12 Hawkeyes to play in the game made at least one field goal.
Seven of the Hawkeyes finished with at least seven points, and Iowa combined to shoot north of 60% from the field at 38-of-63.
While the Hawkeyes dominated throughout, a 14-2 run over the first six-plus minutes of the second half blew the game open. Iowa held an 18-point lead at intermission, but continued to extend the gap as Bucknell shot a dismal 1-of-12 from 3-point range in the second half.
Ruot Bijiek led Bucknell with nine points, all of which came on 3-of-9 shooting from beyond the arc. The rest of the Bison combined to shoot just 2-of-14 from long distance. Achile Spadone and Jayden Wiliams each added six points and dished team highs of three assists.
