It's The Mythical Sort Of Kinda A Little Bit Of A National Title Game
Well, jeez, it's finally time: The endless math problem that is the college football season at last ends tonight, in the Tostitos BCS Championship Game between the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Florida Gators. This one doesn't quite have the gravitas or star power of last year's title game, and if Ohio State were to lose, we're not sure that necessarily makes Florida the No. 1 team in the country. (We're of the belief that everyone should vote Boise State No. 1, if that happens ... not like it freaking matters.)
But hey, it's a purportedly important college football game, and it's in prime time, so hey, we can all pretend that it decides something. It sure beats watching "Wife Swap," right? (Right?) If you're around tonight and want to unleash your inner Mike Cooper, feel free to chat along here as the game progresses. It's not for all the marbles, but it's for a random selection of tiny orbs, and dammit, that has to count for something.
