Every week, Alan Siegel and Deadspin's crack video team will break down Rex Ryan's frequent use of profanity on HBO's Hard Knocks. Episode 4: After a two-week hiatus, "fuck" reclaims the top spot in the rankings.

A psychologist would have fun analyzing Rex, who after an angry speech, casually projects his own hunger pangs onto his team by saying, "Let's go eat a goddamn snack." In that same rant, we also learn that "there's a difference between having fun and being a jackass." For instance, "eating a bunch of fucking cheeseburgers" at a scrimmage? "That's being a jackass." Good to know. (Note: Never watch Hard Knocks during the day. HBO bleeps out all the good stuff.)
