Lauren Fields added 15 points, Jordan Harrison finished with 10 points, six rebounds, five assists and four steals and Kyah Watson contributed nine points and 10 boards as the Mountaineers (18-2, 7-2 Big 12) won their fifth consecutive game.
Kaitlin Peterson was the lone player to score in double figures for the Knights (10-9, 1-8), winding up with 13 points. UCF had lost seven games in a row before earning an overtime win against Houston on Saturday.
West Virginia shot 51.8 percent from the floor while limiting UCF to 29.6 percent shooting. The Mountaineers also dominated inside, claiming a 44-16 edge in points in the paint and outrebounding the Knights 35-22.
The Mountaineers never trailed, jumping out to an 18-4 lead after the first quarter and a 39-13 edge at halftime. The Knights didn't get closer than 21 points in the second half.
