Johnny Manziel Couldn't Throw After This Hit
Manziel was hit on a tumbling scramble on second-and-goal and immediately grabbed his right shoulder after it was driven into the ground. He got to his feet, tried walking to the bench and crumpled to the ground.
He was treated on the bench and CBS cameras showed him flexing and stretching his arm before attempting to throw. He made one effort to throw to Mike Evans, winced in pain and and said he couldn't go.
Matt Joeckel replaced him, but Manziel later returned to the bench and was seen throwing. A&M currently has a slim three-point lead over Auburn.
