Josh Norman Clarifies Comments About Dez Bryant, Is A Weenie
Photo credit: Michael Ainsworth/ [object Object] The spiciest moment from this year’s serving of Thanksgiving NFL games was the eruption of a full-blown beef between Josh Norman and Dez Bryant. The two spent most of the game yipping at each other before getting into an altogether muted scuffle immediately after the game ended.
The real fireworks, however, came during postgame press conferences, where Bryant insisted that Washington should get their money back and Norman said that, “Where I’m from, we unload the clip.”
This video is somewhat ambiguous about who said the line about unloading the clip, and although Norman later uses the phrase to describe his own attitude, it was initially attributed to Bryant. Norman told the multiple times after the press conference that Bryant had used the threat. But this afternoon, he walked back his claims and told the Washington Post’s Master Tesfatsion that he was the one who initially used the threat.
Norman does not appear to be very good at beefing, which I’m sure Beckham Jr. will make note of during their next meeting on New Year’s Day.
