Joshua Blew A Trumpet And Fell The Walls Of Jericho; Tim Tebow Blew A Fly Ball Off The Wall And It Hit Him In The Head
Look, man, I dunno how many more of these Tebow headlines I have left.
This is from Monday, when Double-A All-Star Tim Tebow misjudged a fly ball that bounced off the wall and then off his head and saw Portland’s Josh Ockimey end up on third base. The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away; Tebow went 3-for-4 for the game anyway.
Ever the contrarian, I reveled in Tebow’s (rare) college failures, and initially during his NFL run until the weight of the haters turned me into a full Tebowmaniac; similarly, my cynicism about his baseball career has turned into a deep need to see the man reach the majors. That is, until everyone decides he belongs there.
