Well, ladies and gentlemen, that wraps up my day here at Deadspin. Thanks for stopping by. I may not be the most interesting man in the world, but I sure could go for a Dos Equis right about now. Or twelve.
Tonight we have a cavalcade of sporting events to capture our fancy. A bevy of college football games, game 6 of the ALCS and I'm sure many of you have regional hockey games to watch. That's right - hockey. Watch it, would you?
All in all, I thought things went pretty well today. We had some fun and no animals were killed during the process. Sure, some were maimed and a couple were left humiliated, but that just builds character, in my opinion.
So, with that, I tip a glass to you, dear readers. After all, we're only ordinary men. And who knows which is which and who is who.
Have a great night. Barry Petchesky will be your guide tomorrow on this crazy trip we call Deadspin.
