Kevin Durant Sinks Deep Three To Beat The Magic
Neither the Thunder nor Magic played much defense Wednesday night, but Serge Ibaka came up big when necessary, blocking a late layup attempt from Victor Oladipo when the game was tied. Oklahoma City then wisely put the ball into Kevin Durant’s hands, and he drilled the game-winner.
Some of the stat lines in this game were ridiculous. Durant went for 37/5/5, and Oladeipo 37/7/4. But both of them were outshone by a guy we haven’t even mentioned yet, Russell Westbrook, who put up an insane 24/19/14, numbers that haven’t been reached in at least 30 years.
