Keyonte George's last-second bucket lifts Jazz over Bulls in 2OT

Mandatory Credit: Peter Creveling-Imagn Images Lauri Markkanen scored 47 points and Keyonte George added 33 -- including a game-winning 3-pointer with 00.8 seconds left -- to help the Utah Jazz rally for a 150-147 double overtime victory over the Chicago Bulls in Salt Lake City on Sunday night.
Markkanen had his second consecutive 40-point game for the Jazz, hitting that mark in back-to-back games for the first time in his NBA career. Isaiah Collier added 16 points and nine assists off the bench in the win. Brice Sensabaugh also chipped in 16 points. Jusuf Nurkic collected a game-high 14 rebounds.
Josh Giddey powered Chicago with 26 points, 13 assists, and 12 rebounds. Nikola Vucevic added 21 points and 13 rebounds. Matas Buzelis and Ayo Dosunmu chipped in 18 points apiece.
Coby White made his season debut for the Bulls and provided a spark off the bench. White, who missed 11 games while rehabbing a calf strain, tallied a team-high 27 points and eight assists and went 14-for-14 from the free throw line.
Collier's finger roll layup capped a 10-0 run that put Utah up 104-101 early in the fourth quarter. The two teams traded baskets down to the final seconds. Giddey made a floater to put Chicago up 127-126 with 37 seconds remaining. Markkanen made 1 of 2 free throws 18 seconds later to tie it up and force overtime.
After a Giddey free throw 35 seconds into the first overtime, George hit a 3-pointer a minute into the frame and never trailed again in the period. Chicago forced a second overtime when White won a jump ball in the final seconds and drove for a tying layup with 0.2 seconds remaining.
Sensabaugh hit a 3-pointer and George followed with three free throws to put the Jazz up 142-136 with 3:37 left in the second overtime.
White tied it at 147-147 on a pair of free throws with 8.4 seconds left. George countered with his game-winner to help Utah avoid a third overtime. Vucevic missed a potential tying basket from the top of the key as time expired.
