Kyle Lowry Gets Boned By Terrible Foul Call, Runs Right Off The Court
Some serious bullshit went down at the end of last night's Raptors-Kings game. With 28 seconds remaining and the Raptors down by six, Kyle Lowry hit an incredible three-point shot that was inexplicably waved off by a referee who thought Lowry kicked his leg into the oncoming defender as he went up for the shot. Lowry sprinted to other end of the court in disbelief, got T'd up, and just kept walking straight into the locker room.
You can't say that this call cost the Raptors the game, they still would have been down by three with just over 20 seconds left in the game if the basket had counted, but this was a truly dreadful mistake by the referees. Kudos to Lowry for handling it the way he did, though. If a situation ever called for someone going full Joakim Noah, this was it.
