Lakers' LeBron James (left ankle soreness) out vs. Pacers

James initially was listed as doubtful to play in the game due to left ankle soreness.
Luka Doncic also was ruled out due to a calf injury. He is expected to make his Lakers' debut on Monday against the visiting Utah Jazz, multiple media outlets reported.
James, 40, is averaging 24.5 points, 9.0 assists and 7.8 rebounds while shooting 51.6 percent from the field in 46 games (all starts) this season.
A four-time NBA MVP and 20-time All-Star, James is averaging 27.0 points, 7.5 boards and 7.4 assists in 1,538 career games with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat and Lakers.
