Lakers Strip Magic Johnson's Honorary Vice President Title Due To Awful Tweets

Magic Johnson will no longer be an honorary Lakers vice president after the team stripped him of the title due to his terrible tweets.

The Hall-of-Famer regularly speaks his mind on Twitter, which is a problem; his tweets calling for Kevin Durant and LeBron James to join the Lakers amount to tampering under NBA rules. The team framed the organizational move as being initiated by Magic Johnson, but some key words indicate exactly what’s happening here:
