Lampley's Accuser Really Could Have Done Better Than Lampley

The woman who accused Jim Lampley of slapping her around has been identified, and it's... well, it's a nice pull on the part of Jim Lampley, that's what it is. Her name is Candice Sanders, and she was Miss California USA 2003. What she was doing with Jim Lampley, I couldn't tell you. She probably has her own questions about that at the moment.

She alleges that Lamps was both drunk and high at the time of the assault, and that he bounced her off of two walls and against a door. She says she then instructed Lampley's son, a 14-year-old, to call the police, and Lampley got to the phone before the kid and wouldn't let him call.

Sounds like a real prince. I think there's just too much violence on television, and it's starting to have a terrible effect on our children. And on our Lampleys.
