Boomer, likely emboldened by his shiny new award, was at his most Boomerous last night, breaking out the demented nonsense ("Check out the man in the sombrero!" was his call for Hanley Ramirez) and the shout-outs to nearby towns (San Juan Capistrano, Torrance, etc), and of course he had the backbackbackbacks going like the finest machine gunner at the Somme.
