Mitchell Chaffee recorded his first career goal, and Brayden Point scored and added an assist. Darren Raddysh and Luke Glendening also scored.
Anthony Cirelli notched an assist in his 400th career game, while goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy stopped 17 shots.
The Lightning are 8-3-0 in January and 11-1-2 on home ice against the Western Conference.
Twelve players posted points for Tampa Bay.
Arizona's Clayton Keller produced a goal and an assist. Sean Durzi and Lawson Crouse scored for the Coyotes, who were outscored 12-5 in back-to-back losses to the Florida Panthers and Lightning in the Sunshine State swing.
Connor Ingram, who set an NHL first-career-shutout record with 47 saves against Tampa Bay last Feb. 15, made 31 saves.
The Coyotes are 4-7-1 this month.
Raddysh sent a long shot home 24 seconds in the first period on his team's first trip into the offensive zone, his fourth goal of the season and all occurring in the past 10 games.
But after an extended possession in front of Vasilevskiy, Arizona tied it when Keller found a friendly rebound off Josh Brown's shot and potted his 20th goal into a wide-open net at 8:40.
Keller's 20th tally was the top-line left winger's third straight season reaching the mark, becoming the first franchise player to do so since Shane Doan did it over from 2007 to 2009.
With 34 seconds left, Point gave the Lightning the lead back at 2-1 with his 23rd goal of the season.
In the second, Kucherov blistered a one-timer, his 32nd goal, from the right circle at 7:36 for a 3-1 advantage.
Stamkos immediately reached into the net and retrieved the puck used to record his 1,100th career point.
The Lightning captain made it 4-1 by ripping his 20th goal at 12:02 of the second period.
Chaffee and Durzi exchanged goals in a 1:41 span as the frame ended 5-2.
In the final 20 minutes, Glendening and Crouse capped the scoring with even-strength markers.
