Man Wins Biathlon With Snot All Over His Face
"Bjoerndalen looks good—he's hangin' it all out there—but will it be enough?"
Norway's Ole Einar Bjoerndalen won the biathlon 10km sprint at age 40 today and he did it with snot and mucus hanging all over his face. He climbed his way up the mountains, shot at some stuff and climbed some more. You see guys blowing snot rockets all over the course, but it looks like Bjoerndalen didn't get quite the clearance. With his arms swinging and legs pumping in concert, Bjoerndalen doesn't break rhythm to try and clean up his face. There's no time for superficialities; there is only gold. This is what the Olympics are all about.
