Manchester City Files Complaint Alleging Porto Fans Racially Abused Mario Balotelli

Manchester City is asking UEFA to punish Portuguese team Porto for alleged racial abuse directed at Mario Balotelli during Man City's 2-1 Europa League win Thursday.

The video above is of the moment in question, midway through the first half when Balotelli attempts a volleyed strike which is saved by Porto keeper Da Silva Helton. Manchester City alleges the fans are making monkey noises. (The complaint also states Yaya Touré suffered the abuse.)
