Marlins Fan Gives Foul Ball To Cubs Fan, Who Gives Ball Back To His Son
At the end of the day, one Marcell Ozuna foul ball made three fans happy at a Marlins-Cubs game, even though only one of them actually got the baseball.
The Cubs fan originally fumbled the ball, causing it to drop onto the field. As the Cubs fan lamented his misfortune—surely a new experience for him—Cubs outfielder Nate Schierholtz tossed the ball back up to a Marlins fan. The Marlins fan then turned around and handed the ball back to the Cubs fan, making his day.
When the broadcast checked back after the next pitch, the Cubs fan talked to his friend before walking down and giving the ball to the Marlins fan's kid. Awwww. Everyone's having fun.
